Most likely missing. I have gotten enough reliable attempts to assume that the box is no longer there, so I'm retiring the listing.
Your journey will begin at the small town of Borrego Springs inside Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. I have looked on both AQ, and LbNA, but there were no listings of any letterboxes in the actual town of Borrego Springs that weren't hiking trails in the park, so I decided to plant one. I didn't have much time so I quickly thought of an image to draw freehand and then carve to make a microbox.
To find it, locate The Mall on Palm Canyon Drive. Enter the parking lot and drive behind The Mall. Park near the fountain. You'll notice a small alley between Kendall's Cafe and the Tumbleweed Outfitters. In the alley, locate the Borrego Sun. Underneath, to the right of the stand, magnetically attached is the tiny box.
When you are done, please re-hide the box EXACTLY where you found it, and make sure no one is watching you. Thanks and enjoy Anza-Borrego Desert.
