*** Does NOT require skiing
The "Ski Vail" minibox is located at the base of Vail Ski Resort, near the village at the base of the Gondola. Vail is also way up there on my list of great places to ski.
To the Minibox:
At the village at base of Gondola area, head toward the enterance/exit. At the Arch (with bronze of 4 skiers on your right before arch) look for the stairs to parking garage across the street to the left. Go across to the stairs, and climp up to the first level area (to the right you could enter garage, and to the left stairs go up again). Go to far left side of the level area to wall. A tree is hanging over the wall, so go to side of the tree limbs along the wall that are closest to the upward stairs. 1 foot above the wall, the box is hanging from the tree's limb. (UPDATE - Box is still there, but may have to search around until winter when they put fencing back up).
