Proceed to Dyer Park in Odessa, MO.
CAUTION: This is a pretty wide open park so you will have to be very stealth-like in your letterbox hunt. We don’t want non-gamers spoiling the fun by hoisting our boxes!
#1. MUGGLED! :-( Let’s get started with number 1.
We know this one will be lots of fun.
There’s an intersection near where the bulls run.
If you can find the four-sister tree you’ve won!
#2. Now behind the pavilion two trails traverse.
You’ll need to walk down to the lower trail first.
Heading towards the setting sun, go under an arch and around a bend.
To find Letterbox 2 all you need do is get to the root of the problem.
#3. To find Letterbox 3 go to where the people all meet.
Community dances and dinners with lots of good eats.
Along the south wall a lovely spruce be.
Now do you wonder where I might be?
#4. MUGGLED! :-( Letterbox 4 is sure to be a breeze.
Read the eastern Lake Venita sign, if you please.
Now, all you do is turn 180 degrees.
Letterbox four is at the core of 45 degrees.
Please take great care in hiding our boxes carefully. Boxes include a carved rubber stamp and small ink pad and logbook, as well as a little piece of Odessa trivia.
Please sign the book and leave us your stamped image, too! This trail was laid as part of our Girl Scout Silver Award project. We hope you had fun in our park!
