1/11/2014- Alive and well. Updated the clues.

Your journey begins at a small neighborhood park where DISCOVERY awaits you. This park is on a corner at the intersection on Ocean Ave. and 226th St. next to some houses. Please be discrete because people live next to the park. It is a relatively new park. Bring gloves and your own inkpad. This container and products used to make this Letterbox were graciously supplied by I Dig Toasters from MO.

CLUES: Enter at the green park sign in front of Ocean Ave. Stop at the green gate for the playground.Walk around the playground to the left. Dirt path merges on to a paved path. Take it right. The path curves. Walk under the large picnic gazebo and back to the path. Find the next green bench and stop at it. From the left arm of the bench, count 8 steps at 200 degrees towards the bushes. There should be a small agapanthus at the bottom. About 3 feet above it, find an even smaller Agapanthus plant in the center of the bushes. (It may be buried under ivy, but look hard, and you will find it. You may need to move some plants around, but have faith, I promise it's there! :) Directly left of the smaller Agapanthus, on the ground covered by leaves and bushes, you will find the camoflaged container.

When you are done please screw the lid back on tightly and re-hide EXACTLY where you found it and cover with bush parts and leaves as this is a well maintained park. Make sure no one sees you.

This is a great park for a really short picnic lunch.
