after driving through Gilford village,go right on Belknap Mt. rd. At fork go left following fire tower sign. Go through the gate(or for more hiking, park at pullout)and par at the top.enjoy a mile hike by either trail, climb the tower to take in the incredible view.Feom the tower,find the blue path.Keeping your back to the cement pillar on the south side go 12 steps to the second blue mark on the ledge. Before stepping down off the ledge go right 10 steps to a large rectangular stone all by itself. move the stump to find Tower Box.
