This letterbox was originally placed in October of 2009, but was flooded out too many times. It was archived for awhile, and now a new spot has been found for it. You will need a compass.
Find this box if you dare!
Directions; Take Highway 41/45 northwest of Milwaukee to County Line Road (Highway Q). Go west 11.2 miles on County Line Road to Highway E. Turn left (south) on E and go through the town of Monches. At the first stop sign, go right on E. Just past the entrance to the baseball park on your right is another driveway and very small parking area to a county park called Norman Merrill Chester Nature Area. Park there, and let your journey begin.
To find the Creature, go through the lane of fire, and up the hill of damnation. Watch for the overhanging branches- they may grab you! Keep going. There are many poison pines to your left. Beware! Go past the intersection with the snowmobile trail, which completely crosses the trail you are on. Continue on. Not too far from there, the trail curves sharply left, at which point it intersects with a smaller trail going to the right at approximately 260 degrees. You will take this trail.
Go approximately 26 steps on the trail to a tree with two trunks that will be on your left. Stop here. From this tree, continue on the trail about 25 steps to another tree with two trunks, also on your left. From this tree continue on the trail approximately 35 steps and stop.
Look to your left, about 140 degrees, and you will see a fallen tree with a Triceratops shaped head, about 10 steps off the trail. Look under the Triceratops head. Caution! You will find the Creature, covered in bark.
