End of Summer
The box is located at the Burchfield Center. The Center is off Union Road, near Clinton, parking is on Race St. Take the path through the playground. As you leave the playground you will see a stone bench on your left, walk past it and you will soon see the outdoor theater. If the creek is on your left you are headed in the right direction. You will pass “Skunk Cabbage” on your left, followed by “Bee Hepaticas” on your right. You should be able to hear the water on your left, and unfortunately also the sounds of traffic. When you find the “Buffalo Creek Treaty“, you have found what you are looking for. Look around the base and replace the stones as you found them so the box will not be seen. There is a stone table with benches where you can stamp, bring a pad, there is not one in the box. This can be a pretty busy park, watch for Muggles in the Gazebo behind you, they have a pretty good view of what you are doing.
