Start at the corner of Passaic Avenue and Ridge Avenue. Walk 20 sidewalk squares along Passaic Avenue with Third Ward park on your left. There will be a waterfall on your left. Walk six more sidewalk squares and turn left. You will be facing stairs. Go down the stairs. Turn left and continue down more steps. You will be level with the top of the waterfall. Stand at the edge of the walkway closest to the top of the falls, with the waterfall on your right. Turn 45 degrees to your left. Take three steps. Bend down and look under the concrete walkway. What you are looking for is under your feet.
