From Clarion: At the Courthouse in Clarion, turn and cross the Toby Bridge towards Cook Forest.
Follow this road for about seven miles. On the left side of the road, look for a sign that says
"Cook Forest Trail Rides". This is Scott Dr. Turn onto Scott Dr. and park at the pavillions
behind the furnace.
From Cook Forest: Turn onto Miola Rd. towards Clarion. Follow this road for about five
miles. On the left side of the road you will see a sign for "Cook Forest Trail Rides",
this is Scott Dr. Turn onto Scott Dr. and park at the pavillions behind the furnace.
Clue: Walk to the overlook and read the Helen Furnace sign and look down at the
furnace. Walk down the left side of the hill. Pass through the yellow roped area.
Walk around the furnace and look back up at the overlook railing. Pass between the
black pole and what's left of a stone pier to the second stone pier. The treasure you
seek is hidden behind these stones.
