Every year our extended family takes an annual week-long trip to Mackinac Island. We spend most of our time riding bicycles on the many trails located on the island. This is a great way to see the many treasures Mackinac Island has to offer.
Using the Mackinac Island Locator Map, hike or bike your your way to Winnebago Trail. Follow the trail until you come across 3 wood benches. While standing on the trail and facing the benches, walk to the opposite side of the middle bench and continue approximately 15 paces straight ahead. What you seek is hidden at the base of the tree, covered with rocks.
