BOX TEMPORARILY PULLED -- WILL REPLACE IN SPRING
Dionysus
(carved by Freezycat of Bikercats)
I am a newcomer to Olympus.
Born of the thigh of Zeus, I am the twice born.
I am the god of wine and ritual revelry.
I can bring divine ecstasy,
or inspire brutal, unthinking rage.
If I so choose, I can drive men to madness.
No shackles can confine me or my followers.
You, mortal one, seek my blessing?
North of Tuson,
a silvery gate,
a copper bell,
a bronze heron,
a wooden dragon,
a stone pathway,
a sylvan stroll.
Arthur’s table, plus seven,
an incomplete rest.
Onward.
To the sinister:
my symbol.
To the virtuous:
twenty steps.
Fathom still your journey
to what's left of the sunset.
