Mary, Mary Quite Contrary
How does your garden grow?
With Silver Bells, and Cockle Shells,
And Pretty Maids all in a row!

Storybookland is located in Wylie Park off HWY 281, in the Northern part of Aberdeen, South Dakota. Here is a link to the website to get specific driving directions and more information about the park: http://www.visitaberdeensd.com/storybook.html

After parking in the Storybookland lot of Wylie Park, find the arched sign that reads "Storybookland and Land of Oz." From there, follow the yellow brick road, past the railroad tracks, until it ends at the new visitor's center. Walk through the doors into the visitor center and out the doors on the opposite side of the building.

As you enter the nursery rhyme portion of the park there will be a playground to your right and you will see Mary directly in front of you. Notice that Mary has a garden full of marigolds. Beyond Mary you will see a rainbow. What do you spy at the bottom of the rainbow? Yes! A pot of gold!

Walk to the pot of gold and face Jack's tall beanstalk. At the base of the beanstalk you will see a goose. What is the goose sitting on? Yes! A golden egg.

Follow the walking path across the bridge to Jack's beanstalk. Sit on the goose with the golden egg, looking toward the castle. Off to the left of Rapunzel, you will see a tree.

Once again, follow the paved path toward the tree. As you turn the corner to the left at the castle motte, you will see more of Mary's garden full of marigolds. That way you will know you are on the right track.

The letterbox is hidden behind the tree underneath the evergreen bushes. Enjoy stamping a garden full of flowers all in a row, like Mary, Mary Quite Contrary!

Please be sure to reseal all ziploc bags completely and hide the letterbox out of view!

Thanks! The Arctic Adventurers
