For years the city of Bellflower has been on-and-off with its efforts to create a recreation trail where the railroad tracks used to be. One of the few finished parts is the refurbished Pacific Railway depot that is now a tiny park at Bellflower Blvd.
Behind the restrooms you'll find three benches. From the smallest one, walk 15 steps due east to where the tracks meet a switch. The tiny box is underneath the rail, hidden from view.
When you're finished, make sure the stamp and logbook are in one bag, then placed in the second bag. Make sure the box is hidden completely from view underneath the rail. |
