Originally from Florida I had the wonderful chance to visit Bedford Pennsylvania.
I had a delightful visit with the Way family. If you get a chance to visit as well, stop by Way's Orchard and get some wonderful seasonal produce.
Historic Bedford is a beautiful place filled with wonderful people and delightful shops. I had the chance to go to the Gardners Candies Shop. I highly recommend the "Tea Berry Ice Cream". A new flavor that has become my favorite. They also have Tea Berry gum. I was fortunate to taste a real Tea Berry at the Way farm. Loved it! Sure wish there was a way to get these berries in Florida.. as well as the ice cream. I loaded up on the gum, but my 10 year old has depleted it some. I did find some at a "Cracker Barrel"! Just in case you fall in love with it too.

I thought it would be a great idea to make this a really easy box for kids and adults alike.
Quite simple.. just go visit:
Bedford County Conference and Visitors Bureau
131 South Juliana Street Bedford, PA 15522
and simply ask for it. You will receive my letterbox with a hand carved stamp of something I really got a kick out of while visiting Bedford.
Please make sure to repack it gently and return it to the front desk.
