Our stamp is based on the Ripley Family crest. This is a short walk (5 minutes?) but moderately steep. The box is not planted near the falls.
Look for the Ripley Falls Trail sign on the west side of Route 302, about 1 mile past the Willey House site if you're traveling East. Drive to the upper parking lot. Take the trail and cross the railroad tracks. You will see a sign for the Ripley Falls Trail just past the tracks. About 10 steps after the sign there is a split rock on your right. The Ripley Falls box is behind and under this rock under bark and sticks.
