Peace of Quidnet
(Note: This is the last summer for this letterbox. It will be relocated on September 10, 2014)
From the Rotary, take the Milestone Road toward Sconset
Turn left onto Polpis Road toward Polpis/Wawinet/Quidnet
At first fork, stay right and continue toward Quidnet
At second fork, bear left onto Quidnet Road
Continue 6/10 mile through pine grove
At top of rise, look for two white mailboxes on right
Proceed through kids’ zone at gate
Look for labyrinth on right
(If driving, please park in the turn out just beyond the labyrinth on the right.)
Enter labyrinth from SOUTH
Walk the labyrinth and then exit the outer circle at NORTH
Find a place to rest and look WEST
What you seek is at the base of the closest bush
Note: This letterbox contains a small “take one, leave one” treasure box. If you would like, please bring a small token (approximately ½ inch or smaller) to leave in exchange for one of ours. As of July 2014, there is also a hitchhiker that needs a ride to another letterbox.
IMPORTANT: This letterbox is planted on private property. Please respect the privacy of the owners and do not continue down the driveway past the labyrinth. Thank you!
