From rt 32 going south out of Thomas watch for Douglas road sign on right(also big signs that say Mountain Made Gallery). Gallery is a neat place. About a mile down this road cross river/creek and turn left onto gravel railroad bed. Take the old railroad bed past coke ovens...(Thank you flyinK's)
Drive down the road past the coke ovens, over the old RR bridge. Just before Douglas Falls there will be a small spot on the left to park.
Pull in front first and get out of the driver's door to find a post
sticking out of the ground at a weird angle. Keep the river on your left and walk 20 paces through the small parking area. Hang a sharp
right. Stay up on the river bank and walk 20 paces. Notice a smallish
rock sticking out of the bank. Letterbox is under this rock.
Cheers,
Rabbit and Donna-Wv
