Sweet peas are flowers abundant and pretty on the coast. All shades of pink, both cultivated and growing wild. They are only one of the reasons to visit the north coast.
Head on down to the Fort Bragg Harbor. Make your way to the end of the county road and keep going until you can go no more. Make your way to the two giant columns and spy in the distance a rusty building with two crossed oars. Walk that way and soon note the stairs to your left. Keep walking 16 steps. If you're lucky you'll spy a sweet pea or two. On your left reach up about 5 1/2 feet and grab the letterbox.
Your task now will be to replace it so it's not visible to the casual observer. Happy letterboxing. Please close everything up tightly.
