Go to the parking lot closest to the river at Fort Hardy.
Go to the Boardwalk and follow it away from the gazebo.
At the 46th post look underneath the boardwalk (nearest the river)
Please cover back up with sticks so that it isn't discovered by the wrong people.
This is a great spot to watch a ballgame, get some peace and quiet, have a picnic or listen to the concerts.
