From route 190, go north on Stickney Hill Road. Turn right onto Skopek Road, passing a brown state forest sign and driving eight tenths of a mile to a three way intersection. Park out of the way.
Please bring orange, blue and green markers with you for this image.
Walk around the gate on the right, walking westerly up the woods road. Walk until you come to a metal gate with a Posted sign and turn back for 70 steps to a stump on the right. Look uphill past the stump to the first flat faced mossy rock.. The vibrant Vermont letterbox by Purple Coneflower is hiding behind it under a wedge of wood.
