This box was planted as homage to the Texas Tour Bus 2 which I had the pleasure of finding and then rehiding. If you missed the bus, you still get to catch a glimpse of it with my humble bus stamp carving.
It is located at Dayspring Nature Preserve in Allen, TX. The address is 622 Rainforest Ln. which is located off of Alma Drive north of McDermott Parkway.
There is a playground in the entrance of the preserve and a sidewalk on the left of it. Follow the sidewalk, going right at the split. You will pass a gravel path loop with a look out over the river. After that gravel path, take approximately 50 steps to 2 trees opposite each other on each side of the path. Look to the right and there is a large tree with 3 trunks. At the base on the left is a small indentation where the box is hiding under some branches.
