The Sugar Hill Historical Museum is located in downtown Sugar Hill, on Route 117.
On the front lawn, locate the plaque honoring the Jessemans. Look right to the carriage barn. Walk between the barn and the museum to the back corner of the barn's shed. Behind a brick you will find the Acer Saccharum which gives our town its name.
--The Sugar Hill Historical Museum created a self-guided tour of town based on letterboxing. Guidebooks can be purchased at the museum or Harmon's Cheese Shop across the street, and the boxes are placed in June for each summer season (ending in October).
