Our dogs like to go letterboxing with us every chance they get. Paisley is hiding in her pouch at Beus Pond Park. It is a short walk to visit her.
LOCATION: Beaus Pond Park: 4240 Country Hills Dr.
CLUES: From parking lot, take the trail to the left. You will come to a bench on the right, then an overlook deck on the pond. Across from the deck, is a path up hill to the restrooms. From the path up hill to the restrooms, count 22 steps further on the main path and stop. Look to the left. You should then be standing between 2 trees (6-8 ft. apart) near the path. One tree has 2 trunks, the other has 3-4 trunks. Looking between these 2 trees, set back from the main path, there is a standing dead tree with only a broken limb on the ground. Further back from the standing dead tree and a little to the left is a group of trees together. The small pouch, between the trees that are on the left of the grouping, on the ground, under bark and sticks.
PLEASE zip all bags and rehide well with debris.
