1. Start at the Linville Creek Church of the Brethren sign.
Fun Fact 1: When the Brethren first came to the Valley they met in their houses for worship.
2. Walk towards the steeple once you get to the sidewalk. Take 10 steps and you will see a memorial for Elder John Kline
3. Look to your right to the tree that is forked. Look to your left, you should see the cemetery entrance.
4. Walk to the cemetery entrance at the gate. Turn to the right, see a grave that says Early
Fun Fact 2: Elder John Kline donated property to build the church.
5. Follow the wall the right. Stop at the first grave stone parallel to the wall.
6. Turn 90° left. Follow the row of gravestones until you get to a gravestone that says Helbert to your left.
7. Continue down the row until you reach gravestones on your left and right that say Wampler.
8. You should see three grave stones connected. Walk to it. Look straight in front of you; you should see the beginning of the wall.
9. Walk to the beginning of the wall. Turn to the steeple and find the tallest gravestone in the row. Walk to it.
Fun Fact 3: A new church was built in 1917 to meet the government’s standards.
10. Take a sharp right and walk towards the wall. Stop at the grave that says Holsinger
11. Look to your left. Find two grave stones that say Kline and Pence. Walk to the middle of them.
Fun Fact 4: John Kline was killed in 1864 in Rockingham County
12. You should see a grave stone that says mother on the top of it. Look behind it

1. Begin at the Linville Creek Church sign,
2. Face the church.

3. Skip to the sidewalk
4. Take giant steps to the memorial on the right
5. Look to your right and see the forked tree. Skip to it.
Fun Fact 2: Elder John Kline donated property to build the church.
6. Run as fast as you can to the entrance to the cemetery with the gate above it.
7. When you get to the entrance, go straight down the road 10x2 steps. Look to the right and you’ll see a name that’s the last letter of the alphabet
8. Bunny hop down the path to the last gravestone
9. The gravestone that has July and February on it.
10. Go to the heart gravestone to your right; it’s beside Lantz.
11. Straight in front of you there is a white house across the road.
12. Turn to your left and you should see three gravestones that are connected
13. Look straight ahead and you should see the beginning of the cemetery wall. Walk backwards to it.
14. Follow the wall until you get to a Dean headstone.
15. Turn left and follow the row to a Holsinger grave. Turn right and you should see another Holsinger grave. Turn left and head down the row.

16. When you get in between the Kline and Pence graves, you will see a gravestone that says mother. Look behind it.
