Take I-69 to exit 145 in Davison. Turn north on M-15. Go about 1 mile and turn left onto Lexington Street just before Central Elementary School. Turn right onto Dayton Street and left onto Harvey Drive and go into Jack Abernathy Regional Park. Drive past the kid's wooden play area and follow the paved road until you get to a parking lot on the right just before the "Worvie Field" baseball diamonds. Park here and prepare for your journey into the woods.

Watch for cars as you cross to your destination,
This begins your dinosaur excavation.

T-Rex is waiting in his nest,
Don't walk to the north or east or west.

The other way is the right direction,
Good luck with your dinosaur detection!

Continue on this paved, winding trail,
Then cross the first bridge without fail.

You will find some houses in a row,
This is not the way to go.

Keep on the trail that winds around,
Until a second bridge you have found.

Stand near the dedication at this spot,
Where many thanks go to Ruth Mott.

Look close by for a tree of great height,
That looks as if T-Rex took a bite.

Is T-Rex around? There is nothing to dread,
He's resting in his wooden bed.

Please re-hide T-Rex well making sure no one is around. It can be a busy area, especially on the weekends. Hope you had fun!
