If adventure is in store,
Go to Lake Superior's shore.
At a point there will be,
Large painted rocks, out at sea.
Follow the path until you seek
The angels there that cannot speak.
A docile monster to your left
To guard the treasure should you theft!
Walk 15 steps to the beach,
The treasure, nearly in your reach.
Walk 50 paces to your right,
Til a large pine is in your sight.
The two trees have merged into one,
A fine place to contain some fun.
There hiding in the old pine tree,
A red lidded box, within the V.
[May 26, 2009]-
A thief came in the night,
guarded by the lack of light.
And stole the little box of fun,
Whilst nap did the sun.
While we may never see his face,
A new box it will replace.
There's a new box, a little larger this time around. Hopefully it won't be stolen again!
