Located in the Village of Rhinebeck
East of the traffic light
It was built in 1852 as an Episcopal church and acquired by the Catholic Archdiocese in 1901.
A statue of the Good Shepherd welcomes ewe!
Our family gathers here each Sunday in praise and thanks.
You may park on the street out front.
Follow the sidewalk toward the front entrance with double red doors.
3/4 of the way up the sidewalk, you will notice another sidewalk heading to the left.
Follow this sidewalk for approximately 7 steps.
Look to your left and you will see a peace garden.
Sit on the bench directly facing Mary Queen of Peace.
Prayers for peace in our hearts and world are encouraged.
A short distance behind the peace garden you will see a very tall tree...
Not an Oak, Elm, or Maple...
This one may remind you of Christ's birthday!
As you head toward the tree you will notice a bush to your right. When late for mass, many of us pass this bush as we enter. Within this bush our box is hidden! Please replace carefully! :)
