Currently missing - believed vandalized.
Take Exit 6 off Route 9 and head east on Route 148 toward Chester center. Proceed less than a mile to the third right-hand turn on to Straits Road. Take the first left on to Spring Street and park on the side on the road. This unmarked "park" at the corner of Straits and Spring Streets between Upper and Lower Jennings Pond in known as L'Hommedieu Park and was the site of seven different factories between 1790 and 1946. Enter the park between the split rail fence and the stone retaining wall. Continue down to the wooden bridge. After crossing the bridge, bear to the right and follow the "path" between the two waterways - one quick-moving and one stagnant. Stop when the sapling birch is on your left and take 6 steps (3 paces) forward. Look to your left to find a curly-Q piece of rebar in a rock. Bend down to the left side of the path, in line with the rebar, among the jewel weed and raspberries; under a large rock is your "dinner". Rehide and return to your car.
