The Morning Stars present “Gone Fishin’.”
This letterbox is located at the Nashua Fish Hatchery, off Exit 6, on Broad Street. This fish hatchery spawns Atlantic salmon and American shad for restoration programs all over New England. It’s a pretty fascinating place--bring your kids; they’ll love the fish! It’s only open to the public from 8am-4pm, daily.

To get to the Nashua Fish Hatchery, take Exit 6 off 3 and turn right. The hatchery will be on your right, directly across from the mall that Kohl’s is in. There’s a big brown sign indicating the driveway. Drive down the hill to the small parking lot, and park as far right as you can. Somewhere nearby, in front of you, is a three-trunked tree. Walk up next to it, facing the woods. Take approximately 12 steps deeper into the woods until you come to a multi-trunked tree. Here you will find someone who’s gone fishin’!
Bring your own ink / markers. Make sure you cruise around the hatcheries (those big white things) before you leave. And please be discreet--I’ve never seen another soul here, but apparently there are classroom tours and such.
