Proceed to the Saint Petersburg Pier. Find the bench next to the last Plam Tree Planter, in the northeast corner of the pier, with the large boat tie-off cleat in front of it. The box is velcro'd to the bottom side of the seat near the back, on the west side of the center section.
Please be very discreet when retreiving and replacing the box.
