Take a stroll down Interstate 70 in central Kansas to Exit 233. Drive south about ½ a mile to Ash Drive (not really a drive, more of a country road). Go east a little more than ¾ of a mile to Prairie Mound Cemetery.
Drive through the cemetery until you find a family of deer. Walk due south to the fence line. Look east for a limestone post. Find your treasure!
Enjoy the changing Kansas scenery. Watch for wildlife (we saw a coyote up close). And let the beauty and spirit of the land move you!
This really is a beautiful place – please leave it as beautiful as you found it and let us know of any problems. Thanks!
