(Verified in place, 9/04)

Terrain: Moderate - some steep hills, steps, muddy and rocky parts of the path. About 1 mile hike each way.
Clues: Not too hard if you think outside the box.

CLUES:
Start at a wonderful picnic spot. From a slab of rock sticking out of the side of a hill, walk just two or three steps at 20* to a side path east of the shelter. Continue about 290* across the clearing past the shelter and take the path up the hill. Just up ahead on your left are some large squarish rocks near the entrance to the white-blazed FLT. Follow the white blazes about 80* into the woods. You'll walk along a lake and pass a dam at its end. There is a side trail here leading down to the dam, please be careful if you decide to go this way, the path is steep and can be slippery. Eventually you'll come to the edge of a summer camp facility. Cross a wooden bridge, then a second wooden bridge, pass the other end of the camp and you'll come to a stone wall, steps and bridge over some small falls. Cross the bridge and continue up the steps. Continue following the white blazes and you'll come to a trail register, and shortly past that, an automobile barrier. Follow the trail onto White's Hollow Road and turn left, then cross the stone bridge. Wait, up ahead, isn't that your car?

Notes:
- No ink pad in the box, make sure you bring your own.
- This small white micro-box is tightly packed and closes loosely. Please take care in re-packing the contents, make sure everything's tucked inside so it stays dry.
- Though a map is not needed, this section of the FLT can be seen on Finger Lakes Trail Conference map M14, which can be obtained here: http://www.fingerlakestrail.org/
- Please do not ask me for additional hints without offering a bribe of unpublished clues, hitchhikers, etc.
