This letterbox is located at the Montpelier Fair Grounds. Drive in past the grandstand,continue going North. Look for Splinters he will be on your right. Keep going till you find the covered bridge. Drive over it and stop on other side. In the stones to your right you will find Blue. He is close to the concret under the lowest stone. Please close everything up good and tight. Several letterboxes in this area have come up missing!Lets try to keep this around. Thanks.
