From S. Lake Tahoe take Hwy 50 toward Nevada. Once in Stateline, make a left onto Kahle Drive. Directly after turning onto Kahle, make a right into the parking area that faces the meadow. Park here. Follow the trail as it runs parallel to the neighborhood to your left. You will pass a pond on your right. Just past the pond... take the trail to your right. Down the trail you will see a large pile of boulders, head to the top of this mound. Standing between the lone tree and the cracked and jagged pile of large rocks, face 50, in the distance approximately 50+paces forward, you will see a lonely boulder. Next to this boulder is a split stone with a stone wedged between. Under this stone lies the Walrus.
