7/26/15 The new staff apparently has no clue as to what happened to this box. So, I'm marking it as missing.
This series is placed in honor of one of my favorite childrens' book, The Color Kittens, by Margaret Wise Brown. Look for other boxes in the series in libraries throughout Maine.
9/20/10 - I have been alerted that this library has been closed temporarily. When it opens again I'm not sure the new librarian will know about the box. Ask him/her to look behind the desk, that's where it had been kept.
5/11/13 - The library has reopened.
Clues: Visit the Washburn Memorial Library on Main Street in Washburn. Ask the librarian.
While there is ink with this box, please note that a variety of colored markers would make the stamp look even better. Please return all contents to the box and back to the librarian. Thanks!
