There is a $3 parking fee at Lowes Creek County Park. Although there are other letterboxes hidden here, this is a big park and a wonderful spot for hiking. There are many trails here that intersect, so make sure to check the trail signs and follow the directions closely. This should take about 20-30 minutes.
From the parking lot, take the Start Me Up Trail to the left. At the fork in the trail, go right. You will come to an intersection where you will go left. Go across the next trail onto the Tetanus Shot Trail. Follow this trail. You will walk between two large trees. This trail will take a sharp left. Go right and you will be on the Rebench Trail. When you come to the fork, you will see to the left the Missing Link Trail. Go right. You will come to a large tree broken over the trail. Continue on until the trail makes a horseshoe turn at the bottom of the hill. At the huge old tree on the right, stop and turn 90 degrees. The box is hidden near the fallen tree in front of you.
