Starting from Route 44 at Main St. in Putnam, head west on 44.
Directly across the street from King Cadillac GMC Auto there is a driveway/road that goes down to the flea market area by the river. We were there on a Saturday and there was no one around. I believe the flea market is on Sunday so it could get crowded then.
Look for the gazebo. The real White Elephant/Flea Market find is behind the stone step. Go in from the right side. This is a wood carved stamp so you’ll need some good ink for it (not included).
Be discreet and make sure you hide well without pushing it in so far it can’t be gotten out again.
