Lots of moose in the North country.........ayahhhhhh

Well You might be out wandering around looking for those big creatures, go over RT 26 from Erroll to Colebrook. Look for the special wildlife viewing area just east of the Balsams Resort on Rt 26 in Dixville Notch. If you are traveling east on Rt 26 it will be on the right. just after the two picnic areas If traveling west on Rt 26 it will be on the left before the two picnic areas. still the flat part of the road

No sign by the road. you see the kiosk when you pull in
Park near the kiosk for the viewing area -

walk the path and read about the wildlife. When you find the one that says HIDDEN WILDLIFE look to the right. you will see a stump. The top may have some hanging branches over it. look inside the stump. (NO Stamp pad in this one)

Now to find its maker walk further on the trail toward the lookout . Wait Find the sign that says TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT from this sign continue on the trail for 18 steps. look left
There will be a jagged stump. at the base of this stump the left side a few pieces can be removed to find the box. Please put back careful. the pieces fit good. No one would ever know unless.............
