11/18/2008 THANKS TO ALL WHO FOUND MY BOX - I've unplanted the box for the winter and will replant in the Spring.

Planted Location: Jenkins Park is a 55-year-old public park that covers 45-acres and is supported through a portion of a special district tax that comprises about 450 homes in the Jenkins Park taxing district. The park has two ponds, playing fields, basketball court, playground and a pavilion.

Bring a fishing rod if you’d like!

From Schenectady, head north on Route 50 (Saratoga Road).
You will pass through Scotia and Glenville – once you pass Fogg’s Garage, you should take a left onto High Mills/Scotch Bush Road. Continue down for 1.7 miles and then take a right into Jenkins Road. After .5 miles, take a left into the Jenkins Park entrance. Park by the Pavillion.

Next, find the place you would ride to put out a "fire". Sit behind the wheel and look to your left. Find the magic walkway that will let you walk between the water. At the end of the magic walkway you will see two large pine trees. Behind the pine tree you will see a tree stump. Go to the stump and face the spider web. You will find the box at your feet at the base of the stump "blessed" with nature.
