I think this one is very much gone. 11/11/10 I will keep up for a any late people who want to log their find. Maybe I'll find someone to put a new one in there.
I was out trying to find the "Three Sisters" box and the "Other Sister" geocache at Goat Island by the Falls. This is close to both.
After finishing your visit to the third Sister Island go over the bridge. Take an immediate left when on the second island. 19 steps will get you to a split in the trail. Take another 10 steps either way, it dosen't matter, they meet up again.
Hmmm... what do you see? On left you can see the river. Center left is the trail continuing down. Straight in front of you is a jumble of rocks. On your right looks like a small trail leading through a very narrow cut. You are at the right spot.
The rocks in front have the box. There are two worn rocks in front, with a long one that runs behind the other two. In the gap between them, covered in sticks, maybe some leaves, is the "Let Freedom Ring Letterbox".
Even though this box is in the spirit of the 4th of July for Americans, it really is about all our friends in the world who believe that you can trust the people to determine what their future should be.
