The New England Road Ogres Present: G-N-A-W-E-D

Spelling has always been my strongest subject. Back in first grade, our teacher gave us a spelling quiz. One of the words she had us spell was “nod”. I didn’t spell it n-o-d, but I still got it right. I spelled it g-n-a-w-e-d. The teacher was so impressed with me that she had me go next door to and show it to the second grade teacher. She was also impressed and gave me a huge lollipop.

In light of that story, I present to you the G-N-A-W-E-D letterbox. You can find it in Mine Falls Park in Nashua, NH. Park at the Coliseum Ave entrance off exit 6. You will need to bring your own ink and maybe a compass.

Start in the parkng lot. Walk across the foot brij. Taik the sekond trail on hte left. Fallow the trale to teh end. Yoo will pass anuther litterbox on the way, “Our Freind James”. Wen you reech the end of ths trail, trun left. You r now on hte Tertle Trail. Evenchully you will pass undr the brij for Root 3. Alittle bit affter this their will be a smoll trail on yor lft. Go doun this trail and start lukking for a old telefone poal on yoar left. Stop hear and takee a cumpass reeding ofabout 60 digreez. walk about tuenty stepss in this drection to a old rodded stunp about 4 lb tall. Dont wury if yuo dont hav a compas You cen sea the sump wile standing nex to the pole. Teh letterbx is Hiding they're.
