Direction;
Find Route 71A/Chamberlin Highway and Norton Road which runs off of it. Once on Norton from the Chamberlin Highway, take your first right onto Winesap Road and follow the road straight until it ends in a cul-de-sac, which is the entrance to Bicentennial Park. (Directions borrowed from Mark & Sue's 'Dog Walk' series).
Enter the park and proceed up the hill to follow red in a counter clockwise direction.
When you get to a white trail (somewhat hard to see the blazes) on the right, stop. Now go forward 42 steps and stop. Look left to see a leaning tree beyond a cedar ~22 steps away. Look high in its roots to find a Poodle.
