Location: Community Park
Driving directions:
From I-275 take Milford/Rt 28 exit east. Stay on Rt 28 until you come to Buckwheat Rd. Turn right onto Buckwheat Rd. A short jaunt down the road on your right is Community Park.
Clues:
Find the Historic marker for the Lemming House. Follow the paved walkway around the left side of the house. Take the water bar stairway (4x4’s) down the hill. Cross over the creek and follow the mowed trail up the hill. You’re on the right path if you pass a bat house on your left. Walk till you come to the brush at the top of the hill. Take a reading of 160°; you should see a small tree in the middle of the path in that direction, walk to it. From there take a reading of 210° to a “rouge” trail. 7 paces (1 pace=2steps) along that trail on the right hand side is a large cluster of trees. Between these trees on the backside covered by some bark is the Sleept Hollow box.
Please cover the box carefully.
Email me if you find it.
