Willkommen zu ein bißchen ‘alt’ Deutschland in Jasper, Indiana!

Jasper, Indiana is well known for it's German heritage and a little German restaurant called the Schnitzelbank. Larry and Betty Hanselman opened the Schnitzelbank Restaurant in 1961 and have gained an international reputation for their authentic German and American cuisine. Since their semi-retirement, all 6 of their children have carried on the tradition.

They serve traditional German food such as: Goulash, Wiener Schnitzel, Beef Rolladen, Sauerbraten, and Bratwurst...just to name a few!

If you are lucky enough, you may have the opportunity hear the glockenspiel that is housed in the clock tower. The glockenspiel normally plays on the hour and the half hour.

Clue:
Park in the back parking lot of the Schnitzelbank Restaurant on 393 3rd Ave. Walk to the building and around the right corner. The box is under that small tree in the back corner.

The logbook should be double-bagged to protect it from moisture. Please try to be discreet and re-hide well. I do not live in the area, so I will not be able to check on the box often. I have included extra bags in the box should one need to be replaced.
