NOTE: This box is planted in Raleigh Memorial Park on Glenwood Forest. It is a Cemetary. Please note that it is a city owned cemetary, but the box is NOT planted near any graves. My purpose is to draw a reminder of the frailty of life and the honor in death of our heroes and soldiers. I have nothing but respect for those laid to rest here and their families. Please show appropriate respect while visiting the cemetary.

Turn into the memorial park and park in the parking lot. It is at the end of the pathway to the right.

Find the statue of Christ, facing it, look and find the other statue on the hill. Go to that statue. Look at all the American flags along the way, and remember those who have died for us and the freedom of this land.

Find the set of flag poles and rest there on the benches. Across from the flagpoles you will see a dark Masoleum, go there. Read the names of those that have past, and go to the right around the masoleum. Did you see the honorary firefighter emblem?

Find the tree on the right with the windchimes. Go and stand under the bird box. Go 35 paces toward the woods. On your right is a lone grave, go past it to the large grave site . See all the family members buried there. Find the "Unknown" marker.

Look to your left and you will see apathway through some bushes, go through this pathway and around to the front of the bushy area. You will see a very twisty tree with swirled limbs. I am buried at the foot of this tree.
