Lucy was hungry....very hungry!
After all, a girl who was born in 1881, and who had survived the ravages of time, mother nature, neglect and possible extinction with the dignity and grace that she displayed, was entitled to the biggest and best snacks for lunch, wasn't she?
She sighed. " Now where did that lovely little morsel get to?"
Looking around from left to right she couldn't help but think what a great - and very tasty - little friend she had in Mr Peanut. She really liked it when he sent these tasty little tidbits her way - instead of him, of course - for her lunch! But this little tidbit was proving to be a bit of a challenge.
Now, where could that little legume be?
