Just in time for Valentines Day, this letterbox celebrates that amazing cardiovascular muscle, the human heart.
To find this letterbox, you should make your way to the OHSU building that houses the hospital’s center for heart health and research. (You will find these heart health offices on the – you guessed it – ninth floor.) Stand at the south entrance to this building and look toward the river for the Whitaker employee parking lot. Walk through this lot to the far east edge where you will find a row of evergreen trees. The anatomical heart letterbox is located at the base of the middle tree.
