The "Safari Man- On The Highway/ and Interstate" series depicts things one might see as they drive the highways of the U.S. These are targeted mainly for rest stops but might pop up anywhere. This letterbox is titled ARMORED TRUCK. Happy traveling!

Clues
Traveling westward from Memphis toward Little Rock on Interstate 40 exit into the rest stop at approximately the 227? to 244? mile marker and go the last car parking on the right, and park in the last spot (or reference it as a starting point). At this point there is a light pole to the right and a large tree a little uphill to the left. From this parking spot go up the hill and to the other side of the tree. Line up with the light pole, which presently has no light, just this side of the truck exit road. Head past this pole, cross the truck exit road, keep going to the tree line and then look left at the two picnic tables. Head toward the closest picnic table and stop at the tree just before the table. Turn right and look into the woods at the next large tree into the woods. The Armored truck is behind this tree under logs.
Please be as discrete as you can when retrieving and replacing this letterbox since you might be viewable from the picnic tables and cars located not far away. When done stamping in, please replace the box/pouch as you found it and make sure the zippers for the baggies are closed securely. And if you have time, please be so kind as to let me know the condition of the letterbox by contacting the placer at the top of this clue page. I hope this respite from traveling helps make the day a little more bearable.!!, Glenn/Safari Man...of Vincent, Ohio.
