Pepper Jack at Cheese Park, or Twin Hollow Park
About 1400 North 900 East, Bountiful
You may hear some people refer to this park as “Cheese Park.” That name wouldn’t make sense unless you visited the park many years ago. At that time you would have found a big yellow cement play toy that looked like a big chunk of cheese with various holes that you could climb in and around. We liked to play “king of the cheese” until someone got hurt (probably the reason why it has been removed). In memory of Cheese Park we have hidden Pepper Jack the mouse here.
To find Pepper, position yourself as if you were going to play some tennis at the cement backstop. Facing the cement backstop, position yourself on the right side of the tennis area. Divide the right hand side of the tennis backstop in half and look up behind the cement wall; at that midpoint you’ll see a large Russian Olive tree (with thorns on it) just behind the wall. Now hike up behind the backstop and you’ll find Pepper hidden under some rocks and grass between the Russian Olive Tree and the backstop.
Please replace the letterbox carefully to keep it hidden from view.
