Follow Annadale Road west to the Tivoli Bays Wildlife Management Area. (This is a lovely drive through part of Bard Campus). When you can drive no further, stop and get out. Look for a short path to the viewing deck on the west side of the lot. Enjoy the view from the deck overlooking the Bay. There are many species of rare plants and animals in this area so please be respectful. Turn around facing the path back to the parking area; as you head back, count 7 ties on your left. Hidden underneath and towards the east end of the tie, by a rock you will find Broken Back.
Warning: this seems to be a favorite spot of hunters to park, show caution. Be stealthy.
